Move-In Day Arrives

After many months of preparation by the talented and hard-working Cummings team, we're excited to finally welcome our first residents to their new homes at Elliott Landing. With more than half of the 73 residences sold, Cummings Center is truly becoming a "live-work-play" community.
Moving trucks began rolling in Thanksgiving weekend, with four closings taking place just before the holiday. The City of Beverly has already issued occupancy permits for 28 of these luxury residences and we have 20 more closings scheduled in the coming weeks.
We will be hosting a Community Open House on Saturday, December 17, from noon to 5:00 PM.
